There was plenty to debate for Boston sports fans during 2011, as it was another calendar year jam-packed with captivating storylines.

Things like the Bruins’ power-play woes, the Celtics’ age, the Patriots’ defense and the Red Sox’, well, everything were debated in bars, living rooms and newsrooms in Boston and throughout New England.

While seemingly everyone has a different opinion when it comes to those types of debates, there is certainly a consensus when it comes to one thing about Boston sports: There is no better time to be a sports fan in Boston, arguably the best sports city in America.
