Paul Pierce, Rajon Rondo and Jeff Green were all absent from Celtics practice on Wednesday. Rivers said that the absence of Pierce and Rondo are especially difficult because it forces two of the bench players to become starters in practice, meaning the bench can't work together as a unit.
