Deion Sanders and his wife, Pilar, have reportedly agreed to get a divorce. And while the papers have not yet been filed, Sanders will be forced to fork over a big chuck of change when they are.

The NFL Hall of Famer had agreed to buy Pilar a house when they split that would be equal to half the value of their current house, according to TMZ.

That would mean Sanders could be on the hook for more than $10 million, as the splitting couple's current home in Prosper, Texas, reportedly has a listing price of $21 million. Their current home is 30,000 square feet, and features 10 bedrooms, nine full baths and four half baths.

According to TMZ, Pilar has been shopping for her new pad since Thanksgiving, and she's eyeing houses in the $9-12 million range.

Pilar, with whom Sanders has three children and has been married to since 1999, is the former NFL star's second wife. Sanders was previously married to Carolyn Chambers, with whom he has two children.

Looks like an expensive holiday is on the horizon for the eight-time Pro Bowler.
