Stan Musial isn’t too bummed out that Albert Pujols will miss out on having a chance to get his own statue in St. Louis next to Musial’s.

Stan the Man, who spent his entire 22-year career with the Redbirds, tweeted out a message through his company Twitter feed on Thursday after news broke that Pujols was heading to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

“Albert I wish you nothing but the best. You are a great ball player. Happy Holidays,” read the tweet.

Previously, Musial had sent out a picture declaring that “All I want for Christmas is for Pujols to be a Cardinal,” but it doesn’t seem he will let the news ruin his holidays.
