Tom Brady had himself a November. For that, he was recognized by the NFL on Thursday.

The Patriots quarterback was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Month on Thursday for his play in the past month, a month in which he led New England to a 3-1 record.

Despite whispers of lingering elbow problems, Brady turned in another stellar month. He threw for more than 300 yards three times while putting together a solid 62.4 percent completion percentage on the month. Brady also threw 10 touchdowns to just two interceptions, with both of those coming in the Pats' lone loss of the month.

It's Brady's fifth time winning the conference's award for top offensive player of the month.
