Who Has Been the Bruins' MVP So Far This Season?

The Bruins had a slow start to the season but have been playing great lately, and there's no shortage of players you can point to as a reason to why they've improved so much.

It's the mark of a great team when it's difficult to single out any one player, and it also speaks to the depth that the Bruins have on their roster.

While second-year forward Tyler Seguin leads the team in points with 12-12-24 totals, the race for second place is a packed one as the Bruins wrap up a home-and-home against the Maple Leafs on Saturday night.

Captain Zdeno Chara, Milan Lucic and Brad Marchandare tied with 18 points apiece, but Chara has more assists (13) while Lucic has more goals (10) and Marchand is right in the middle of each category with a balanced 9-9-18 scoresheet.

Patrice Bergeron, Chris Kelly, Nathan Horton and Rich Peverly are right behind that trio and stand within two points of second place, and each have been on the ice contributing in different ways.

That's even before getting to goalie Tim Thomas, who currently rides an eight-game win streak, his longest since the start oflast season. His 1.93 GAA and .936 save percentage track nicely with his stats from last year's Vezina Trophy-winning season.

As the season winds into December, the Bruins are firing on all cylinders. But is there any one player that stands out as being the most valuable player to the team?
