Fans are gearing up for the big matchup between the Patriots and Ravens this Sunday for the AFC Championship. Pats and Ravens fans will show their pride as they hope their team earns the opportunity to play in the Super Bowl.

However, one school in Baltimore has decided to take their dedication to football to another level, according to the Baltimore Sun.

The Roland Park Elementary/Middle School held a Ravens sponsored rally on Friday to support the team for its battle in Foxboro. When it came to dress code, the school laid down a tough message.

If you don’t wear purple, you are going to the library.

"Students must wear purple or Ravens attire to attend, as there will be many TV cameras there," said one teacher in an email sent to the Baltimore Sun. "Not wearing purple or Ravens attire means making a choice not to attend."

Another teacher sent a similar message.

"Students must wear purple in order to attend. If your child does not wear purple or you do not wish them to attend, I believe staff will supervise the students in the library."

The Baltimore Ravens have said that it was not their idea to have the mandatory dress code. School administrators are insisting that the dress code is the result of overzealous teachers and that no punishment will arise if students do not wish to wear purple.
