Bruins Enjoy Strong First Half Despite Skid Prior to Break, Still ‘Built to Win in the Postseason’

It was kind of a weird first half to the season for the defending Stanley Cup champion Bruins. After stumbling out of the gates and falling victim to the dreaded Cup hangover, the B's were the hottest team on the planet for a couple of months.

Still, the Bruins stumbled into the All-Star break, a hiatus that probably could not have come at a better time. Despite coming back to Earth in the first half's last couple of weeks, there's still plenty to be optimistic about for Bruins fans.

NESN's Jack Edwards and Andy Brickley broke down the first half and looked forward to the second half and beyond. See what they had to say in the video above from NESN Daily.
