This might explain the backpack.

Oklahoma City Thunder forward Kevin Durant, who conducts postgame news conferences wearing a backpack in junior high school fashion, reportedly will swap talents with a 14-year-old klutz in an upcoming movie titled Thunderstruck.

Thunderstruck, which will begin filming in Oklahoma City in the next few days, features Brian, “a hopelessly uncoordinated young fan [who] magically switches talents with his hero,” according to The Oklahoman’s Darnell Mayberry.

As one can imagine, Brian becomes the star of his high school team and Durant becomes Gerald Green.

Space Jam, eat your heart out.
