Patriots director of player personnel Nick Caserio said Monday he loves his job in New England, and that's something that won't ever change.

Caserio, who didn't shoot down the reports indicating he was courted by the Colts, expressed that he had no desire to explore greener grass anywhere else.

"I would just say that I've got a great job here in New England, work with a great staff, coming to work for the head coach that I do and today's no different than it was any other day," Caserio said. "I enjoy being here, and right now the focus is on getting ready for the Denver Broncos, and that's where we're at."

The Colts were apparently targeting Caserio to fill their vacant position at general manager, which in title is an upgrade from his current tag. Caserio was asked if he was flattered to receive interest from another team.

"I don't have anything else to add other than what I just mentioned," Caserio responded. "I love New England. I enjoy being here. I enjoy the work that I do, the people that I work with, and that's not going to change."

Patriots head coach Bill Belichick wouldn't add any further details to Caserio's situation but acknowledged his value to the organization.

"I don't really have any comment about any other team's situations," Belichick said. "Nick has done a great job for us, I'm glad he's here. I know he's focused squarely on the Broncos right now, as we all are. That's the priority."
