Bruce Arians spent less than a week on the unemployment line before another NFL team came calling.

Arians, the highly respected offensive coordinator for the Steelers since 2007, was let go when the Steelers reportedly let his contract expire Jan. 22. The Colts wasted little time in offering Arians a contract, which he agreed to, ESPN reports.

Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger was upset about Arians being let go, according to reports. Now Arians will likely have a chance to nurture quarterback Andrew Luck in his pass-happy system.
