Vote: Which League Has the Best All-Star Events? There will be plenty of stars on display this weekend in the world of professional sports, as both the NFL and the NHL host their respective All-Star weekends.

For much of the leagues, All-Star breaks usually represent a time to recharge the batteries, get away from the game and prepare both mentally and physically for the stretch run. That is, of course, unless you're one of the game's best or most popular players.

All-Star festivities across the sport are heralded as a celebration of the sport, but really they just remind us how incredibly talented these players really are.

Often times, we're left with jaw-dropping moments from not only the game itself, but from the respective skills challenge. There was Mark McGwire blasting baseballs over Landsdowne Street in 1999. Who could forget Ray Bourque's dominance in the shooting accuracy event year in and year out at the NHL skills competition? Oh, and Blake Griffin jumped over a car to slam dunk a basketball last year.

There's plenty to enjoy about All-Star festivies, but which league does it best?
