What Grade Would You Give Bruins So Far This Season? It’s been quite the season for the Bruins so far.

The team began the year in last place after stumbling through a Stanley Cup hangover, recovered with the best month-long stretch of play the team has seen in decades and then ran out of gas heading into the All-Star break.

Still, their 31-14-2 record is good enough to lead the Northeast Division by four points, sitting only two points back of New York for the top spot in the Eastern Conference. Heck, the Bruins have a shot at the President’s Trophy if they keep up their level of play, since they only trail the Red Wings by three points heading into the break.

We had some memorable moments too, from Milan Lucic steamrolling Ryan Miller, to the Canucks enacting a measure of revenge for last year’s Stanley Cup Final.

It’s been a first half of ups and downs, but for sure there have been more ups on the roller coaster ride. But when you put your teacher hat on, does this Bruins team make the grade this year?
