Which 2012 Bruins Game Are You Most Looking Forward To?As the calendar turns to a new year, the Bruins will look to continue the winning ways that served them so well in 2011.

With the season nearly halfway finished, the team has had its fair share of memorable moments, setting up an exciting future as the B's battle to defend their Stanley Cup.

That defense will continue on Wednesday night with a trip up to New Jersey to face the Devils, but the most exciting matchup of the week on paper comes on Saturday, when the Bruins will host the Vancouver Canucks for the first time since the Stanley Cup final.

The B's have many memorable matchups lined up for 2012, and the rematch against the Canucks is only one of many. Looking ahead to the schedule, Boston will have its fair share of dates to circle on the calendar.

Later this month, the Bruins will welcome the New York Rangers to town, and get their first shot at the current leaders of the Eastern Conference. If the standings hold, the Bruins will be involved in their third game between the top two teams in the conference, and the way that things have gone in the previous two, Bruins fans have plenty to look forward to in a third one.

After that, the next biggest storyline looming on the schedule is the team's return to Buffalo to face Ryan Miller and the Sabres. They are sure to get a warm welcome there and the bad blood between the two teams isn't likely to have gone away before then.

St. Patrick's Day is Boston is also shaping up to be a great game. The Philadelphia Flyers will visit for a matinee affair sure to please a raucous TD Garden crowd ready to celebrate the holiday in by wearing green as well as black and gold.

And the final day of the regular season against the Buffalo Sabres may have seeding implications at stake, or very may well be a do-or-die scenario for one of the two divisional rivals hoping to earn a playoff berth. Then again, with the way the Bruins have been playing these last two months, you may already have your eye on a future playoff game.
