The Celtics started Sunday's game against the Pistons without Kevin Garnett, and they'll finish it without Rajon Rondo as well.

Rondo was ejected late in the third quarter after receiving a double technical.

The point guard appeared to argue for a foul call after crashing to the floor. Then, after not receiving a call, he appeared to flip the ball at referee Sean Wright, who assessed the double technical that spelled the end of Rondo's night.

Rondo had five points and 10 assists in 28:23 before being sent to the showers.
