Vote: Will Mike Mottau, Brian Rolston or Greg Zanon Help the Bruins the Most?Brian Rolston, who played four-plus seasons with the Bruins from 2000 to 2004, is not the only former local player who will reportedly be setting up shop again in Boston.

Mike Mottau is reportedly heading home, as the Quincy, Mass. native was also part of the deal that brought Rolston to Boston, according to reports. Rolston first came to the Bruins as part of the trade that sent Ray Bourque to Colorado in March 2000.

The Bruins also picked up Greg Zanon from the Minnesota Wild. At 31 years old, the left-handed defenseman is the youngest player the Bruins acquired Monday. He has two goals and four assists in 39 games with the Wild.

Rolston, 39, has appeared in 49 games this season for the Islanders, notching four goals and five assists. Mottau, a 33-year-old defenseman, has two assists this season for the Islanders.
