Marty Turco may have trouble adjusting to the speed of the NHL after playing in Austria earlier this year, but he shouldn't have any trouble adjusting to any hostile crowds.

The Bruins' new addition admitted that Austrian hockey fans actually threw dead fish at him while he was playing for EC Red Bull Salzburg, so anything back in America should be gravy.

"Heck of an environment, it was really intense," Turco told the Boston Globe. "It brought me back to my college days in terms of drums beating and singing.

"I didn't get any dead fish thrown at me in college," he continued, "but I did [in Austria]."

The Bruins embark on a three-game road trip on Sunday, including a couple of stops in Florida, so hopefully the fishing communities down there aren't paying attention to Turco. We wouldn't want them getting any ideas.
