Matt Kenseth won his second Daytona 500 on Monday night, capping off a wild weekend and start to the NASCAR season.
Kenseth won the 500 nearly 35 hours after the race's original start time, due to a number of weather and track-related delays. The most memorable delay was certainly when fellow driver Juan Pablo Montoya hit a safety truck on the track, setting off a massive explosion and fire.
The win puts Kenseth in first place in the NASCAR standings, a spot he hopes to be in come season's end. Kenseth touched upon the achievement of winning another 500, the lure of Roush Fenway Racing and he looked ahead at what's next on the NASCAR schedule.
