Some basketball players may see flopping as an art form and use it (far too) often to help their team get an edge by drawing fouls.
If it truly is a basketball art form, then Mick Pennisi has some work to do.
Pennisi, who plays in the Philippine Basketball Association, left no doubt that he was flopping recently when an opposing player threw the ball off of Pennisi's forehead. Not only was the flop exaggerated way too much, it came roughly two seconds too late.
