Report: Mario Williams Signs Six-Year Deal With Buffalo Bills

The biggest name on the NFL's defensive free agent market has a new home, and he'll be chasing after Tom Brady two times a season.

Defensive end Mario Williams has signed with the Buffalo Bills, according to multiple reports, with a news conference to be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday to announce the deal. ESPN's Adam Schefter tweets that it's six-year deal. DraftHeadquarters.com's Shawn Zobel tweeted that the deal will make Williams the higest-paid defensive player in the game.

Williams has 53 career sacks over his six NFL seasons, including a 2011 season in which he only appeared in five games. Considered one of the game's best pass rushers, Williams should go a long way in improving a pass rush that registered only 29 sacks, a figure that was tied for 27th in the league.
