Report: Rams Will Host Cortland Finnegan, Bucs No Longer Seen as Favorites to Land Defensive Back

Cortland Finnegan will bring plenty of talent and plenty of physicality to whichever team he lands with. The Rams could be that team, while the Bucs likely will not be.

Finnegan is planning to visit with the Rams, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter, which is relatively unsurprising since St. Louis is now coached by Jeff Fisher, who drafted Finnegan when he was the head coach in Tennessee.

The Buccaneers, meanwhile, are no longer seen as a likely landing spot for the 28-year-old, according to Yahoo Sports' Jason Cole.

Finnegan has spent each of his first six seasons with the Titans, earning a Pro Bowl selection in 2008.
