Tom Werner, chairman of the Boston Red Sox, will appear on "The Dennis and Callahan Show" on WEEI on Tuesday.
The show runs from 6 to 9 a.m., and Werner will be on at 8:20 to talk about Run to Home Base, a walk and run sponsored by New Balance to raise money for medical care and education for veterans who fought in Afghanistan or Iraq.
The 9K fundraising run or 3-mile walk, scheduled for Sunday, May 20, will send participants through Boston neighborhoods, ending with them crossing home plate at Fenway Park.
