Vote: How Far Will Harvard Advance in the NCAA Tournament? We knew Harvard was going dancing, but we finally know who the Crimson's first dance partner will be.

That honor belongs to Vanderbilt, which will play Harvard on Thursday in Albuquerque. Harvard enters the contest as the East Region's No. 12 seed, while Vandy is the No. 5 seed.

Head coach Tommy Amaker and his team surely have an upset on their minds, though, especially given some of the Cinderella stories we've seen in the tournament in recent years.

Harvard's berth in the Big Dance is the program's first since 1946, and its outright Ivy League championship is its first ever, so there should already be a great deal of pride throughout the Crimson locker room. You can bet, however, that they aren't ready to mail it in just yet, especially knowing a couple of wins would allow them to play on a big stage in front of their family and friends.

That's right. Harvard would play the winner of the Wisconsin-Montana matchup if it's able to pull the upset over Vanderbilt. And if the Crimson were to win that game as well, they would then return to Boston for their Sweet 16 matchup.

East Regional games will take place at TD Garden on March 22 and 24, and if Harvard is able to somehow get there, in the words of Kevin Garnett, "anything is possible."

Is Harvard's this year's Cinderella team? If so, how long will it be before the clock strikes midnight?
