Which Play Was the Bruins’ Amica Coverage Play of the Week?

The Bruins are in the midst of a difficult stretch, but with a win over the Sabres on Thursday, Boston was able to secure back-to-back victories for the first time in nearly two months.

The B's picked up a 3-1 win over Buffalo in a game that was close throughout. Boston actually trailed after the first period, but Gregory Campbell's goal turned things around for the Black and Gold.

Campbell tipped Shawn Thornton's slap shot past goaltender Jhonas Enroth to tie the game in the second period, paving the way for Johnny Boychuk and David Krejci to secure the win with third-period tallies.

Campbell's goal showed how important the Bruins' fourth line can be on any given night, as it again supplied the energy in addition to the game-tying goal. But it wasn't the only stellar play from this past week.

On Tuesday night, during the first of Boston's back-to-back wins, Tyler Seguin showed off his tip skills, redirecting a blistering Zdeno Chara wrister for his first of two goals.

Until Tuesday, though, it had been a rough few days for the Bruins, as they dropped back-to-back games in New York on Saturday and Sunday. First, they fell to the Islanders on Saturday, and then they suffered a defeat at the hands of the Rangers on Sunday.

During Sunday's contest, it was John Taveras and the Islanders' power play that proved to be dangerous.
