Celtics Scheduled to Start Playoff Series in Atlanta SundayThe Boston Celtics start their playoff run as the No. 4 seed against the No. 5 seed Atlanta Hawks this weekend. The Celtics won the Atlantic Division and are therefore the higher seed, yet the Hawks are the ones with homecourt advantage due to finishing with a better regular season record.

The NBA playoffs are set to begin on Saturday, April 28. The Celtics-Hawks series will start Sunday in Atlanta. Here's the rest of the schedule for the Celtics' first round series.

Game 1 – Boston at Atlanta, April 29, 7 p.m.

Game 2 – Boston at Atlanta, May 1, 7:30 p.m.

Game 3 – Atlanta at Boston, May 4, 7:30 p.m.

Game 4 – Atlanta at Boston, May 6, 7 p.m.

Game 5 – Boston at Atlanta, May 8, TBD (if necessary)

Game 6 – Atlanta at Boston, May 10, TBD (if necessary)
