Florida Panthers Owner Michael Yormack Urges Fans to Not 'Throw Rats During the Game'Rat throwing is apparently a real issue with Panthers fans.

Michael Yormack, the President and CEO of the Florida Panthers, called out the fans for throwing plastic rats onto the ice on his Twitter page.

"Great win, but fans we cannot throw rats during the game," Yormack posted on Twitter. "This has become a serious issue."

Panthers fans showed their excitement for a goal on Saturday against the New Jersey Devils by throwing rats on the ice. No actions or calls were made the officials, according to NBC Sports.

The rats can be seen behind Ed Jovanovski, who looked a little weirded out, and goalie Jose Theodore as they celebrate after the win.
