Larry King retired a little while back, but his interest in baseball has not taken a day off in quite some time.

King, a former television and radio talk show host, tweeted out his predictions for the 2012 season on Sunday, and Red Sox fans will probably not like what he expects from the upcoming year.

“OK faithful followers…” he began. “Here are my baseball picks that you’ve all been waiting for…let me know what you think:”

He also made predictions for the Senior Circuit, guessing that Atlanta, Milwaukee and San Francisco would win their divisions, with Philadelphia and Los Angeles as the two wild card teams.

King is a big baseball fan, as evidenced by his book “Why I Love Baseball,” but here’s hoping he won’t be able to name his next one “Why I Was Right About the Blue Jays.”
