Stoke City Fans Mock Arsene Wenger With Flailing Arms Protest (Video)Arsene Wenger is an easy target for opposing fans. The Arsenal manager has certain quirks that fans of rival teams love to point out.

Sometimes they cross the line, like the vile chants directed his way that even Sir Alex Ferguson condemns. Other times, their taunts can be pretty funny.

Arsenal played Stoke City on Saturday, and there is a bit of bad blood between the two clubs. Wenger doesn’t think much of the way Stoke plays against his team. “Rugby tactics” is how he describes the physical approach Stoke manager Tony Pulis demands his players take against Arsenal.

Late in the game (which ended in a 1-1 draw), Wenger was upset about a call that went against the Gunners when it should have been made in his team’s favor.

Wenger jumped off the Arsenal bench and threw his arms up in frustration. Then a young woman in the crowd made the same gesture … again and again. A couple hundred of her friends joined in.

What followed was “the world-record attempt for the largest-ever Arsene Wenger impression,” according to the television announcer.
