There's no denying how important chemistry is to a baseball team. Each player on a roster brings something different, and when an organization can get its players to gel, amazing things can happen.

Fans always hear about hitting streaks, how well players bat with men on base, and defensive teamwork like turning double-plays and throwing a defensive switch on a batter. What you don't often see, though, is two players working together to make a catch.

Two players from St. John's Jesuit High School, in Toledo, Ohio, were on the same page in their 8-4 championship win over Ross High School. When a Ross batter hit a shallow infield pop-up in the third inning, St. John's catcher Corey Tipton dove forward off home plate, and tipped the ball up into the air again for pitcher Joe Robie to make the diving catch.

It's a play you have to see to believe. Watch the video below, via Sportsgrid.
