OKC Thunder Send Lakers Packing, Meaning James Harden Gets Last Laugh Over Metta World Peace
Metta World Peace
 was punished harshly and justly for his elbow to the head of Thunder guard James Harden last month. Artest's seven-game suspension, however, paled in comparison to the punishment that Harden and the Thunder delivered to Artest and the Lakers in the last couple of weeks.

The Thunder sent the Lakers home for the summer on Monday night, dispatching World Peace, Kobe Bryant and the rest of the Lake Show.

Fittingly, Harden had another big night off the bench, as the Sixth Man of the Year scored 17 points and added eight assists. World Peace, on the other hand, had just 11 points and three rebounds in 38 minutes of action.
