Ray Allen's prognosis, meanwhile, looks bright for the Celtics heading into Game 6 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series against the Sixers.
Bradley said he is "trying to get [his shoulders] stronger," but that as of Wednesday's morning's shootaround, he would not play in the game. Bradley, who is nursing a troublesome left rotator cuff injury due to his shoulder persistently popping out of its socket and a sore right shoulder to boot, watched shootaround from the sideline.
Allen acknowledged that he twisted his balky right ankle in Monday's Game 5, but told reporters that he planned to play in Game 6.
As Allen walked toward the court for shootaround, he took a basketball from a team employee and launched a 35-footer from behind the row of high-priced seats along the sideline. The shot missed, but the fact that Allen felt spry enough to fire up such a shot showed he had at least some bounce in his step.
