At this point, choosing between Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady is a coin flip.
Not for ESPN's Stephen A. Smith.
Smith revealed during a backstage conversation with fellow ESPN First Take analyst Skip Bayless that he'd take Rodgers over Brady right now, mostly because he views the Packers quarterback as the superior "passer."
The comment forced Bayless to confirm what he had just heard, but Smith made it clear that he'd absolutely take Rodgers.
This isn't the most outlandish comment in the world, but Brady showed last season that he still has the ability to carry the Patriots to the Super Bowl, so it's unwise to write him off completely in that head-to-head matchup.
