Trainer Ed Lacerte Really Earning His Paycheck by Keeping Celtics Mostly Intact This Postseason

Every team has injuries this time of year, but the Celtics are especially banged up.

The C's have had to deal with a number of injuries throughout the postseason, even being forced to play without the likes of Ray Allen and Avery Bradley at times. Allen and Bradley's injuries aren't the only ones, though, as Paul Pierce, Mickael Pietrus and a number of other C's can also claim to be less than 100 percent.

With a decisive Game 7 showdown against the Sixers on Saturday night, the Celtics need all hands on deck. That makes head trainer Ed Lacerte's job that much more important, even though he's already earned his paycheck by tending to Boston's wounded players over the past few weeks.
