Celtics Won't Get Through Off-Season Without More Rajon Rondo Trade RumorsRajon Rondo led the Celtics on a deep playoff run in 2012, only to fall to the eventual champion Miami Heat in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals. Still, the point guard played to his All-Star potential throughout the post-season and was a major reason the C's were able to make it as far as they did.

With Rondo signed through 2015, the Celtics have a distinct advantage over nearly every other team in the NBA at the point guard position. Despite another great season, NESN.com's NBA writer Ben Wantanabe predicts there will be more trade rumors surrounding No. 9, because rumors are easy to start with zero factual basis.

Wantanabe chatted with fans via Twitter on Tuesday, where he discussed Rondo's future with the Celtics, who the C's will draft with their two first-round picks, potential free agent moves, and where Dwight Howard could end up.
