David Ortiz Not in Red Sox Lineup Against Mark Buehrle, Marlins, Despite Past Success Against SouthpawThe Red Sox may be in an unfamiliar ballpark, but they'll see a familiar face on the Marlins Park mound on Tuesday night for the second of three games in Miami.

Former White Sox left-hander Mark Buehrle, who signed with Miami this winter, will get the start for the Marlins against the reeling Red Sox. The veteran southpaw is no stranger to facing the Red Sox, making his 17th career start against Boston. He's 6-6 with a 4.49 ERA in those games.

The Red Sox have some good career numbers against Buehrle, too. David Ortiz sees the lefty really well, hitting .345 (20-for-58) with two home runs and 11 RBIs against Buehrle. However, Ortiz is out of the lineup to begin the evening, as Bobby Valentine opted to sit Ortiz with the Sox in an National League park.

That being said, Adrian Gonzalez will once again be in right field while Kevin Youkilis will play first base. Those two are a combined 4-for-17 against Buehrle. Third baseman Will Middlebrooks is back in the lineup, and he'll hit cleanup.

Scott Podsednik, Kelly Shoppach and Darnel McDonald are also all in the lineup Tuesday night. They are a combined 15-for-34 against Buehrle.

Clay Buchholz gets the ball for the Red Sox.
