LeBron James Injured With Apparent Cramps Late in 4th Quarter Against Thunder in Game 4LeBron James and the Heat had their hands full with the Thunder in Game 4, but they managed to put it away with James watching from the bench.

James went down with a little over five minutes to go in Game 4 against Oklahoma City while driving to the rim, apparently because of a cramping issue.

He was carried to the bench after the Heat called a timeout and treated there for cramps. He checked back in to the game shortly thereafter and played with a slight limp before sitting out the majority of the game’s final moments.

James finished with 26 points, nine rebounds and 12 assists in 40 minutes of action as the Heat prevailed 104-98 to take a 3-1 series lead.
