LeBron James Sends Out Tweet Declaring ‘I’m a Champion!!,’ Admits Victory Took a While to Sink in

LeBron James was so caught up in the Heat's championship run that he forgot to tweet. But now that he's a champion, things might change.

James thanked his fans on Twitter shortly after the Heat defeated the Thunder in Game 5 of the NBA Finals on Thursday. Before then, James' last tweet came on April 27, a day before the Heat's postseason run began.

After a few hours to reflect on what he just accomplished, James issued another tweet Friday morning that showed the championship victory really didn't hit the superstar right away. It can be seen below.
