Tom Brady was back on the practice field on Thursday and he was excited to be with all his new — and some old — toys.

Brady is reunited with offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels — who also worked on the staff from 2001 to 2008 — this season. The addition is a welcome one for Brady, and something that has made him feel more comfortable and familiar with the offensive unit.

The presence of some familiar faces, such as Donte' Stallworth, Jabar Gaffney and of course Wes Welker — who Brady had some interesting remarks about — definitely helps the cause as well.

Shalise Manaz Young of the Boston Globe was at Patriots camp on thursday and caught up with Brady, Vince Wilfork and a number of other Patriots players.
