Erin Andrews a Welcome Sight Back on Television, Makes Sparkling FOX Debut at All-Star GameIt had been too long since Erin Andrews was on television.

If you were scouring ESPN to see the famously blonde sideline reporter talk college football, then you were out of luck, as Andrews was off the air altogether after her contract with the network ran out at the end of the month. But now she’s back, this time taking her talents to the dugout.

Andrews made her FOX Sports debut for Tuesday night’s All-Star Game at Kansas City’s Kauffman Stadium, doing an interview with FOX News anchor Shepard Smith prior to the contest before sliding back into the role sports fans are most used to seeing her fill — interviewing athletes during the game.

Andrews made her name as one of the most competent sideline reporters in college football, and now she’ll get her chance to spread her wings and try some other sports. If Tuesday was any indication, she’s already taking well to the role, conducting an interview with Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter in-game.

And, even if she makes a few mistakes out of the gate, chances are the fans — male ones, in particular — will find it in their hearts to forgive her.
