Floyd Mayweather Sr. Believes Floyd Mayweather Jr. Would "Whoop the S---" Out of Julio Cesar Chavez Jr (Video)Floyd Mayweather Jr. may be stuck behind bars for the time being, but apparently he’s still capable of whooping any and all challengers.

Mayweather Jr., who is currently serving 90 days in prison on domestic battery charges, has been stirring up some controversy with his next potential victim, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. And Mayweather’s father, Floyd Mayweather Sr., recently took that beef to a whole new level.

Mayweather Sr. explained in a recent interview that Floyd Jr. would “whoop the s—” out of Chavez if the two were to meet in the squared circle.

“I’ll tell you the truth. This guy might be bigger than Floyd and all that stuff, but Floyd would whoop the [expletive] out of him,” Mayweather Sr. said during the interview. “He would beat the dog [expletive] out of him. … Knock his ass out.”

Chavez Jr. will certainly not take kindly to Mayweather’s comments and should take his frustration and aggression out in his next fight against Middleweight mauler Sergio Martinez on Sept. 15. Fighting Martinez will at least give Chavez some credibility, as his journey to the middleweight title has drawn some scrutiny — with post-fight drug test issues and supposedly gliding through the division on the will of the WBC.

There is no set fight between Mayweather Jr. and Chavez just yet, but it would definitely make for a headliner in the same way that Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley Jr. did early in June. But in the meantime, Mayweather Sr. is at least letting the heir apparent, Chavez, know who’s still the king.
