Penn State Creamery to Continue Selling 'Peachy Paterno' Flavor, Will Donate Proceeds to CharityIf you're still a fan of Joe Paterno and Penn State and you love peach ice cream, you're in luck. Even better, your next purchase at Berky Creamery will go to a good cause.

The on-campus creamery, which has been selling the flavor "Peachy Paterno" since 1987, will continue to sell the flavor named after the late head coach, according to The Associated Press. Furthermore, the creamery will donate the sales of the flavor to an organization that supports child sexual abuse victims.

According to the report, no organization has been named yet.

Paterno's legacy has taken a beating in the last few weeks after he was found to have helped cover up the horrific sex abuse crimes of former defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky. The NCAA announced Monday harsh sanctions for the university, which included vacating all of Penn State's wins since 1998. That measure dropped Paterno from his spot as the all-time winningest college football coach.
