Team USA survived a scare on Saturday, outlasting Lithuania 99-94. A win is a win, but Kevin Love thought an apology was is order.

Shortly after Team USA, which actually trailed in the fourth quarter, overcame Lithuania’s upset bid, Love sent out the following tweet.

Clearly, Love wasn’t in love with his free-throw shooting in the contest. The Timberwolves power forward went 3-for-8 from the charity stripe while scoring seven points and grabbing eight rebounds in 12 minutes.

An apology might be a bit much, but something obviously needs to change after this performance. Just two days ago, Team USA mopped the floor with Nigeria in a record-setting 156-73 victory.

The subtle jab at Shaq, though? We’ll see what Diesel has to say about that.
