Kobe Bryant, that fresh-faced 17-year-old who was drafted by the Charlotte Hornets in 1996, turned 34 years old on Thursday.
Time flies.
Bryant long ago cropped his baby ‘fro and swapped No. 8 for No. 24, but the Los Angeles Lakers star has always been a highlight waiting to happen. As Bryant prepares to take aim at his sixth championship ring with Dwight Howard and Steve Nash arriving as reinforcements, now is a fine time to take a look at the things Bryant is still able to do on the court.
