London Mayor Boris Johnson Gets Stuck on Zip Line, Mitt Romney Likely Approves That Message (Video)

Is this what Mitt Romney was talking about?

The Republican presidential candidate, who is making a world tour as part of his 2012 presidential campaign, took a shot at the city of London recently, questioning the host city's preparation for the Olympics.

"It's hard to know just how well it will turn out," Romney told NBC. "There are a few things that were disconcerting: the stories about the private security firm not having enough people, supposed strike of the immigration and customs officials. That obviously is not something which is encouraging."

Romney, of course, ran the 2002 Olympics in Salt Lake City, so he knows a thing or two about preparing for the Games.

Naturally, this upset a person or two across the pond, including London mayor Boris Johnson.

"There are some people who are coming from around the world who don't yet know about all the preprations we've done to get London ready in the last seven years," he said. "I heard there's a guy called Mitt Romney who wants to know whether we're ready. Are we ready? Yes we are!"

Apparently, Johnson forgot to check on the zip lines. The mayor took a ride on a zip line this week, and it went well, at least initially. There was Johnson, giddy while holding a couple of tiny Union Jack flags, making his way down the line.

And then he got stuck.

As you might expect, the video is fantastic. Check it out below, and maybe you'll get a chuckle. Romney probably did.
