The Boston Red Sox fired pitching coach Bob McClure on Monday, setting an example after Boston continued its season-long streak of bad starts over the weekend.

While McClure may have been the scapegoat in the situation, Randy Niemann will now inherit the responsibility of fixing a mightily struggling staff.

Niemann believes he can help make some serious changes within the Red Sox pitching staff and he plans to offer a new voice to the pitchers within the organization.

Check out the video above to hear Niemann talk about his plan for the rest of the season during Red Sox Clubhouse Uncut.
