Linsanity Comes to Fenway Park as Red Sox Start Rookie Center FielderEveryday it seems like a new lineup for the Red Sox, who not only are juggling things around trying to deal with injuries and find a winning combination, but also making their best effort to appease the veterans while still giving the rookies a chance to show off their skills.

On that note, the Red Sox are still without center fielder Jacoby Ellsbury, who wanted to play on Tuesday but apparently remains sidelined with an undisclosed "situation." That means yet another youngster will get a chance to start at the big league level, and on Tuesday that is Che-Hsuan Lin, a Taiwanese import and international free agent signing by Boston back in 2007.

Lin had two short stints with Boston back in April and May, and during his most recent call up has seen just a single at-bat, back on Aug. 25. On Tuesday, however, the 24-year-old gets just his second major-league start. Hopefully for the Red Sox he can create a little Linsanity four hours north of New York City.

On the Rays' side of things, it's perhaps ironic that their hottest hitter is veteran catcher Jose Molina, who's hit .500 over his last five starts. He'll bat ninth, while Evan Longoria looks to heat up in the No. 3 hole, and B.J. Upton looks to stay on the swing of things batting second.

Aside from that, Daniel Nava bats second in left field, Mauro Gomez takes over for James Loney at first base and Ryan Lavarnway gets another test behind the plate.
