MMA Fighter Shai Lindsey Showboats, Promptly Gets Pummeled by Opponent (Video)

Shai Lindsey asked for it, and he got it.

Lindsey squared off with Carlo Juinio at the Tuff ‘n’ Uff amateur MMA event over the weekend, and Juinio appeared to be in control of the fight. That didn’t stop Lindsey from doing a little taunting, though, which clearly backfired on the cocky fighter.

Lindsey threw his arms up as if to say, “C’mon, let’s do this.” Juinio’s non-verbal response seemed to say, “OK, you’re toast.” Juinio quickly delivered a kick to Lindsey’s head, before then proceeding to pummel him up against the cage, forcing the referee to call the fight.

Moral of the story: Don’t be an idiot.
