Packers Tight End Jermichael Finley's Agent Says Aaron Rodgers 'Isn't a Great Leader'There's no denying that Aaron Rodgers is one of the most talented quarterbacks in football today. There are some that would even say that he is the NFL's best player.

According to the agent of one of the Packers quarterback's teammates, though, Rodgers leaves something to be desired in the leadership category.

Blake Baratz, who is the agent for Green Bay tight end Jermichael Finley, has caused something of a distraction for the Pack after a few Twitter comments regarding Rodgers.

The tweets began shortly after the Packers' win over the Bears on Thursday night when Baratz criticized Chicago quarterback Jay Cutler for a lack of leadership, and ensuring that he'll never represent Cutler in the process.

Baratz then made it known that Cutler isn't in the same level as some of the game's best signal callers.

You may notice that Baratz is missing someone in that list. You know, the guy responsible for throwing the ball to his client — Rodgers. Of course, Packers fans noticed, and pressed Baratz on it. His response is what's making news now.

Well then.

Baratz also said that Rodgers "played as bad as I've seen him play since being in the NFL," but did say he expected Rodgers to turn things around.

Unsurprisingly, the comments irked Packers fans, and it left Baratz scrambling to defend himself on Twitter. In doing so, Baratz also said that two-time Super Bowl champion Eli Manning isn't a great leader, either. So there's that.

Baratz quickly ensured that his opinion was his only, and not that of Finley, because again, the guy Rodgers criticized is directly responsible for getting Baratz's client the football.

According to FOX Sports Wisconsin, Finley tweeted his support of Rodgers saying the quarterback "is our leader, period. … Family can disagree it makes us all stronger." However, that tweet appears to be missing on Finley's Twitter page.

FInley hasn't discussed the issue with the media.

Packers wide receiver James Jones gave his support of Rodgers earlier this week.

"For people to question his leadership is ridiculous," Jones said, according to FOX Sports Wisconsin. "He's a natural-born leader, not just by what he says but how he carries himself, how he plays the game, how he handles certain situations. Everybody in this locker room looks up to him as a leader. Everybody in this locker room believes in him."

The 1-1 Packers are preparing to take on the Seattle Seahawks on Monday night.
