Pavel Datsyuk Head-Butts Puck Into Net During KHL Game (Video)

Pavel Datsyuk
has a flair for the dramatic regardless of what continent he's on.

Datsyuk, who is one of the many NHL players currently playing overseas during the NHL lockout, showed that he can put the puck into the net in more ways than one. The Red Wings center managed to dish out a soccer style header to tickle the twine on Monday, showing once again that he's a special player who's capable of some nifty scoring techniques.

Datsyuk, playing for CSKA Moscow of the KHL, had his initial bid stopped by the Avangard Omsk goaltender. The three-time All-Star was not to be denied, though, so he promptly head-butted the biscuit into the basket.

The goal would eventually be waived off, but that hardly makes it any less awesome. Check out the play in the video below.
