If the Red Sox can't beat 'em, they're certainly going to do as much damage as possible.

Boston added to New York's troubles on Wednesday night when they turned a double play in the top of the eighth inning. Derek Jeter hustled down the first-base line to beat the throw (which would have made the run that crossed home plate on the play count), but he couldn't squeak it out — and he injured himself in the process.

He had to leave the game after the play, although no announcements have been made about what was hurt or how seriously he was injured.
